Recipe Name: Cranberry-Mushroom Turkey Stuffing

Spices: Organic Onion Pepper Blend,Pacific Northwest Smoked Seasoning Salt,Organic Garlic Blend

Ingredients:
4 tablespoons Organic Salted Butter
3 cups brown rice (cooked)
1 medium onion (peeled and chopped)
1 Tablespoon Organic Onion Pepper Blend
1 Tablespoon or to taste Pacific Northwest Smoked Seasoning Salt
8 medium mushrooms
1 head fresh garlic (peeled and minced) or 1 Tablespoon Organic Garlic Blend
1 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup pinenuts (can substitute walnuts)
1 cup Organic Feta Cheese (crumbled)


Directions:
In a heavy pot over medium heat, melt butter and saute onions, garlic and mushrooms until golden. Add pre-cooked brown rice to heat through. Toss in cranberries, pinenuts and feta. Stuff the bird and roast as directed.

Recipe Name: Oven Roasted Turkey Breast with Orange Cranberry Glaze

Spices: Sea Salt, Organic Black Pepper

Ingredients:
1 1/2 pounds Organic Valley Boneless Skinless Turkey Breast
2 cups Organic Orange Juice - no pulp added
1/3 cup honey
2 tablespoons tamari soy sauce
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/3 cup shallots (peeled and minced)
1 teaspoon Organic Valley Salted Butter
Sun Dried New Zealand Sea Salt and Organic Black Pepper, Ground
(to taste)


Directions:
Preheat oven to 400°F. Place thawed turkey breast in an 8x8 baking dish. In a small mixing bowl, whisk orange juice, honey and tamari soy sauce. Pour mixture over turkey breast and toss in the dried cranberries and minced shallots. Baste with melted butter and sprinkle with sea salt and pepper. Roast until thermometer inserted into thickest part of turkey registers 170°F and juices run clear when pierced with fork, about 45 minutes. For the richest flavor, baste throughout the roasting process with the orange juice mixture.

Let stand 10 minutes prior to carving. Thinly slice turkey crosswise. Transfer to platter and keep warm.

Pour any remaining juice mixture into a small saucepan, and over medium heat constantly stirring, reduce to a rich glaze. Drizzle over sliced turkey breast.
